Thank you for purchasing maritimeskillenhancer courses.  When you purchase a course on maritimeskillenhancer, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: 

For Self Paced Learning:

A refund request can be raised via email within 24 hours of purchase of the course along with proof of purchase and a valid explanation for refund. Refund request will be disapproved if the user has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded any of our study materials videos, any supporting materials on the course from our website. Any refund request beyond 24 hours of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

For Instructor Led Training:

A refund request can be raised via email within 24 hours of purchase of the course along with proof of purchase and a valid explanation for refund. Refund request will be disapproved if the user has accessed more than 25% content of any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 24 hours. Additionally, if a user downloads any supporting learning materials from our website for the course then the refund request will be disapproved. Any refund request beyond 24 hours of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
