By purchasing our courses and products online you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revisions on the website on this specific webpage. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. *

Access to Courses

We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to your eLearning material, but access to the courses may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information in the material from time to time. If access to courses which have been already purchased are blocked, you are required to contact us for a refund.

Single Course Purchases:  You will have access to the courses you have purchased from the date of purchase up to the duration stated in the course. 

Membership. Membership Plans which give you access to a number of courses will be given through coupon codes and other means, which will be shared via email on a case to case basis, depending upon our arrangement with the companies.

Access to the website will be dependent on the Internet connection which you have and Navguide Solutions LLP does not take any responsibility for the interruptions, availability or charges imposed from your Internet Service provider, whether through Wi-Fi, or any other means, or for the website not working at full functionality due to the above.

Unless we tell you otherwise, upon the completion of a course duration, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.

The copyright in the material contained in the courses, together with the design, text and graphics and all software compilation belong to Navguide Solutions LLP. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without the express and explicit written permission of Navguide Solutions LLP. Downloads are permitted only when expressly stated. In all other cases, downloading or printing of any material, for commercial or non-commercial viewing is strictly forbidden.

If you download the course material from our site, this must be under an explicit agreement with Navguide Solutions LLP for your personal, non-commercial use only. Navguide Solutions does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights of the course and retains full and complete title to the courses as well as all the intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute or reproduce or convert any of the material. Navguide Solutions LLP owns all trademarks and logos and you may not copy or use them in any manner.

Exclusions of Liability

Navguide Solutions LLP will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data in the courses is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained in the courses. We do not guarantee that the material will be fault free and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

We do not give any warranty that the website is free from viruses or anything else, which may have a harmful effect on any technology. Navguide Solutions LLP makes no representation whatsoever regarding the content of any other websites, which you may access from the courses. A link to a different website does not mean that Navguide Solutions LLP endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such websites.

Payment

Online bookings can be done by paying immediately by

• Paying through credit/debit card, or
• Requesting an invoice for all other payment methods. Invoices must be paid no more than 30 days from the invoice date unless stated otherwise, or
• Via membership programs which are explicity agreed between your organization and Navguide Solutions LLP.

Currency and Exchange Rate

All bookings are done in US$. Exchange rates used are those published by the transfer bank on the date of purchase. They will generally be updated daily. 

VAT and Taxes

Quoted fees exclude Local Taxes and VAT which is chargeable in certain countries.

If local taxes are applicable, the same may be added to the course price accordingly as a percentage of the course price.

Cancellations

Courses purchased cannot be cancelled and may not be transferred to other individuals.

Personal data and passwords

This website stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. We use this data to exclusively provide you the content of the website and for no other reasons or intent.

Candidates who have registered for one of the ‘Paid Membership’ option, as expressly agreed with Navguide Solutions, should access their purchased courses with their existing membership number and password.

Any other member should register for online purchasing after clicking the ‘buy now’ link. Non-members use their own email address and password to gain access to their courses.

Your login details are the methods used by us to identify you and so are very important.

You are responsible for any payments due for services accessed through the website by anyone using your password details. Any information regarding someone using your password details should be advised to the Navguide Solutions immediately.

Corporate Offers

Details on pricing and purchasing multi-user corporate licenses can be found here.

Spare licenses can be purchased at the discounted rate and assigned at a later date, however, you will be invoiced for all participants and spare licenses at the time of booking. Courses are purchased or assigned later per named participant and leaving participants will not be refunded. 

Multi-user licenses are not available to book online.
